Inspired by the signature grocery stores of my childhood in old Hanoi these years 80s, I dreamed and realised a unique restaurant, transporting guests to the nostalgic ambiance of the 1980s. With meticulous design, vintage decor adorns the cozy space, evoking vibrant memories of my love for the rich flavors and captivating stories of Vietnamese cuisine.

Beyond offering delectable food for example the bowl of phở with tender rice homemade noodles absorbing rich beef broth and tender beef slices. Complemented by fresh herbs like basil, cilantro, coriander, these well-balanced fusion comforts the palate and showcases Vietnam's culinary, my mission is to introduce Vietnamese culinary culture to the Frenchs and the world. Each dish on our menu is thoughtfully crafted to amaze everyone and to story-tell Vietnam's diverse culinary heritage.

Serving with dedication, I aim to create an authentic dining experience, reminiscent of sitting at a traditional Vietnamese family table. Our welcoming ambiance and attentive service at the restaurant embrace guests with genuine Vietnamese hospitality.
