hà Nội 1988 Gác Manger

Where every meal begins at home.

Hanoi 1988 Gác Manger was inspired by an old wooden kitchen cabinet found in many Vietnamese homes. More than a place to store bowls and dishes, it held warm meals waiting to be shared—a quiet symbol of care, generosity, and family life.

For generations, this humble cupboard preserved more than food. It preserved the rituals of everyday life: a bowl of rice prepared before work, a home-cooked lunch waiting to be enjoyed, and the simple comfort of gathering around a family table.

In Paris, we open that cupboard once again - with a new purpose.

Designed for the rhythm of modern city life, Hanoi 1988 Gác Manger brings the spirit of cơm nhà - the Vietnamese home meal - to busy everyday moments. Fresh, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared, each meal reflects the diversity, harmony, and generosity that define Vietnamese cuisine.

More than a quick lunch, Gác Manger is an invitation to discover the warmth of a Vietnamese home, one meal at a time.
