Hanoi 1988 Ca phe is the third member of our family, inspired by Vietnamese coffee shop with the nostalgic charm of a traditional tailoring shop in Hanoi in the year 80s.
In every nook and cranny of the shop, you'll discover a blend of artistry, from the small sewing machines to the rich brocade and warming wool fabrics. These elements weave together a tapestry of nostalgia, envelop visitors in a comforting, familiar atmosphere. Our coffee is a harmonious blend of the finest robusta and arabica beans, carefully imported from Vietnam and meticulously processed according to our cherished recipe. This artisanal approach yields a truly unique and exquisite flavor. Robusta reign supreme, celebrated for their bold and robust character. Renowned for their higher caffeine content, they form the backbone of traditional Vietnamese coffee creations, such as the beloved “cà phê sữa đá” (iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk). On the other hand, arabica beans, known for their smoother and more aromatic profile, are also used in Vietnamese coffee blends, catering to those who prefer a milder taste.
